Start with the simple things. Here is how the everyday log works.

How do I record a moment?

Tap Feed, Pee, or Poop. The app records the time now. You can adjust the time after recording. You do not need to enter an amount or a note.

Can I change the three buttons?

Yes. Use Edit Buttons to reorder or swap the Today buttons. There are up to three, and your choice is saved per phone.

What if I want to add more detail?

Use Details or “+” to add optional amounts, notes, sleep, pumping, vitamin D, or growth records.

Does the app say if my baby is healthy?

No. Reports show your records and trends without health scores or targets. Ask your clinician about your baby’s health.

Where do my records go?

Records start on your device. Optional cloud sync, paper import, and Ask an AI have separate data flows. Read the privacy page before using them.
